Taking intentional time to attract the right audience
We spend countless hours working for others. Providing them the best of us and giving them the best experience possible.
Have you stopped to look at where you are right now? What your message is to your audience? Let's take a moment to take a step back and think about the current state of our business.
Sometimes we work so hard or worry so much about getting that next client, that we don't take a step back to really look at the core and mission of our own business.
I say this because finding that ideal client or your niche can be done by really taking care of your business and intention behind it.
Ask yourself the following questions:
- Why did I start my business?
- Am I serving my clients the way I would like to be served?
- Am I letting my audience know about who I am and what my business stands for?
Every couple of months, is good to just take a step back and look at things in the perspective of your clients. Have you been reaching out to them on a personal level?
How you can get that message across?
If you are a photographer, let them know why you capture those special moments in their life. Either by making sure that your social media engagement with your audience has a clear message and by implementing your message on your business website.
The same goes for wedding or event planners. Educate your audience on why you love being part of their special day. Why you do what you do. How you even started in the industry and share with them your journey.
You can use your own brand and create a visual story
That will help your audience learn more about the quality of your service and what you have to offer. Make a list, write down how you want to share your story and the value you have to offer to your prospective clients.
Now (not tomorrow) is a great time to schedule some much needed time off and nurture your business.
