WHEN SHOULD I BOOK?
Booking is based on availability, but my clients book 2 to 3 months in advance so that we have time to prepare. This means that you will have additional time to work on your Discovery & Research process, and gather all the content we will need before we begin designing!
WHAT SERVICES DO YOU OFFER?
I offer brand design strategy, logo development, stationery, and custom web design. Currently I offer curated packages curated services that cover the business needs of wedding professionals and other creatives. These packages have been created to help you achieve a high-end custom brand and website.
HOW LONG DOES THE PROCESS TAKE?
My full branding and website packages take around 6 weeks to complete from start to launch. During our Discovery Session we will set a date for our launch and make sure we work towards that goal. Brand or Website only projects can take up to 3 to 4 weeks to complete.
DO YOU OFFER PAYMENT PLANS?
Yes! I do offer payment plans to all my clients. This payment plan helps my clients budget and plan ahead of time! To hold your spot on my calendar I do require a retainer of 30%. The reminder payments will be equally divided into 4 or 6 payments.
WHAT WEBSITE PLATFORM DO YOU USE?
Because of my background I have extensive knowledge on most content management systems, this means that I do work with a wide variety of platforms. I don't use a "one size fits all approach" and always select a platform based on my client business needs. During our Discovery Session we can discuss which one will work better for you and your business.
WILL I BE ABLE TO KEEP MY WEBSITE UP TO DATE ?
Yes, one of the things I pride myself is of providing my clients with a high-end custom website that they can manage themselves. At the end of our time together we will have an educational session in which I will teach you how to manage your site, use SEO correctly, and keep your portfolio updated. You will also receive a recording of this session so that you can go back and refresh your memory as needed.
